Using Football as the perennial theme on this project "Pain Is Temporary Quitting Is Forever, MorDan Words unapologetically dribbles through conscious subject matters in an attractive and pacy form that even Raheem Sterling would admire. The beautiful game is only a footnote a 'keeper' in the background of this short but sweet 5 track EP, the real fanfare lies in the songs such as Love Less a synopsis of MorDan's interracial relationship still being disapproved by his partner's family.
"Football is something I live, eat and breathe. I love everything about it: the teamwork, dedication, sportsmanship and the passion. During the season I'm premeditating thoughts in preparation for what snacks to enjoy for Match Of The Day, Saturday Night. I make sure to have everything I need so I'm able to sit and comfortably enjoy the games. My favourite team is Machester United and being a football fan sometimes feels like a second job. I wanted to get that emotion of Tottenham's 2018/2019's Champions League run to the final across within music.
